You can’t. Instagram doesn’t have a desktop client, one of the reasons I hate
it. I manage an account for a musician friend, and anything he sends me has to
be saved to my phone first and then posted. But then, the kids never touch a
computer or a camera so having a phone-only app doesn’t matter to them.
