Jez is, of course, perfectly correct (although a purist would hold his nose at
the 'phonetic' rendering!).
The best I can offer is that in British English our pronunciation of camouflage
is more or less the same as in French (mainland French, that is, perhaps
Québecois is different, never mind DOM-TOM!).

“Garage” is a bad choice for Brits! The pronunciation will vary from
“gararge “ to “garridge” depending on a variety of factors.
