[OM] Still looking for a Vivitar TLA-1

This gismo attaches to your telephoto lenses and converts them to a telescope. 
Have one for Canon FD lenses which I can use with the Tamron SP lenses I use it 
with, however would prefer to have the OM version so I can just leave the OM 
adaptall 2 mount on the lens. Willing to trade for the mint FD TLA-1 or folding
