That's a fisheye shot?

thanks Moose. Yes, fisheye. Never had one before. I was spoiled by the Zuiko 16mm.  One must pay close attention to the level indicators and loose clothing. Still a little hump in the horizon which was easy enough to pull straight with the appropriate perspective slider in DxO.  Cropped to 16:9. I should post a "before" shot.

I tend to forget that FEs can work well with centered horizons, simple skies, etc. My problem is subjects like this. <http://www.moosemystic.net/Gallery/tech/Lenses/Oly_9_8/Fishy_9_8.htm>

Just a test shot. Smeared detail in the upper corner and circles that become
oval in the lower right.

I wanted both fast and ultra-wide for Bhutan. The Laowa 7.5/2.0 is about 110º horizontal coverage and the Samyang FE about 130º, I think, but the distortion in some tight inside spaces is already hard to correct.

Turned out ultra-wide was a winner, but I hardly needed the speed - oh well. It would meet your travel light requirements. :-)
