do a fantastic job, I also agree though that better training would
probably help with most of the others.

PS: Our police are by no means as aggressive as they appear to be, especially
as they are portrayed on social media. It also should be noted that our law
enforcement structure is set up to provide local control rather than state or
national. This means the cops in, say, my town can be far different critters
than those in the next town over.
That said, I'd like to have more of them, especially on traffic control, and
I'd like them to be _much_ better trained.
