I always enjoy looking at the flower shots by Jim Nichols, and others, so I
thought I'd try my own. After five months without the temperature reaching
into the 70s here in the Twin Cities area of MN, Saturday saw a real heat
wave (low 70s), and the flowers responded as expected. See: <

No Mooseification at all, just lower resolution jpgs of the in-camera
files. Shot with the NEX-7 and kit 18-55mm lens. Overcast sky, no flash.
