Hi Piers,
Both the lens and I are old-timers. Since it was made for use on a
Russian camera, the lens would never focus correctly on my LTM Leicas.
But, used on the Fuji, it shows its Zeiss heritage.

During the development of the F-35, which recently drew Donald Trump's
attention, Lockheed flew supersonic checkouts along a course over
Tennessee. My kitchen ceiling still bears the cracks that resulted.
