Over here, only toddlers get to ride on pavement, and they ain't riding
BMWs. Usually.

Pavement = sidewalk!

Obviously, I'm going to be partial to a Norton. Harley-Davidson is
"religion" around here. But the BMW bikes just have a near perfect balance
in about every aspect.

One thing that I value is how well a bike handles when you get off pavement.
The BMW R1200GS is on my short list of two-wheeled suicide machines.

My wife would rather I get BMW convertible.
