A bit of a mutt:
Very modern camera body, old, pre-set T-Mount lens.
F2.8, for the look of an old lens with aberrations, two shot hand stack, to
get a bit of DoF.
A light touch of deconvolution "sharpening" in a couple of areas of a soft
focus image, to bring out the veins.
Minolta C-U No. 0, 'cause the old lens doesn't focus v. close. Finish
matches the lens perfectly.
Doh! [hand hits forehead] I coulda used a single element C-U lens.

PS: Yes! A bit of rummage shows I do have a 55 mm +1. Next time.
