I think he is wearing a white sombrero and is getting his shoes
shined:-) The gent I see is in top right of the picture wearing white /
light tan shoes, tan coloured pants with a dark waist belt, a check
shirt with full sleeves, a gold Rolex and a dark trilby hat with two
white horizontal lines across the front ....... sort of like the hat
worn by Colonel Rudolf Abel in Steven Spielberg's latest movie :-)
