This could be interesting. NHC has issued it's last advisory for
Hurricane Joaquin, presently a post-tropical storm. It's going to approach the
far northwest corner of Spain on Saturday, then turn southward along the
Portuguese coast through Monday, still at tropical storm strength. I wonder if
it might make it far south enough to end up over warm water and regain
strength? It's not unprecedented.
