It's certainly a beautiful image but I don't think I could live with that much ice displayed on my wall in South Carolina. :-)

I'm finally editing all of my Alaska photos - they'll be up in the
gallery soon (I need to go back and re-think some of the ones I've
uploaded so far - I got carried away and have 8 pages of them, and I'm
not done. Need to weed them down by probably half. But dammit, it's an
amazing place!)

However, I impressed myself with one. We went into Sawyer Glacier inside
the Tracy Arm Fjord. Weather was stunning, and I had a clear, un-fuzzy
shot of the magnificent wall of blue ice. Propped myself against the
railing, turned the E-M5 vertical, and started pivoting. I think I took
four passes in layers. Tossed the whole shebang into Hugin (I always
shoot a photo of my feet at the beginning and end of a pano spread to
make it easier to find them).

That's when Hugin said, "what the hell are you doing? That's 48
photos!!!!!" to which I replied, "What can I say? It's big!" and then
Hugin rolled up its sleeves and went to work. A significant amount of
time later, out came a big, honkin' tif file. And by that , I mean 780MB.

I cropped the rocks on the sides in a bit, and it's roughly 1:5 aspect
ratio. I want to get this one printed out on canvas, but it's gonna
hurt since it'll probably come out around 15" x 75" and run me in the
neighborhood of $350 with gallery wrap framing.

And then I need to find the wall space to display it. But it's one of
the most stunning outdoor images I've ever taken, if I do say so myself.

Enjoy. http://zone-10.com/tope2/main.php?g2_itemId=18749
