It may not be a professional camera, but you got professional images!

I love the Kermit portrait.

So, I finally got some photos uploaded. The ones of the WWII vets will be
coming soon.

First two are from our courtyard - we put a waterlily in the pond this
year, a gift from a friend. It's thriving, and put up a bloom. I also
managed to catch Kermit posing in front of the flower as well, which was
nice of him.

We've been growing milkweed in our yard for years, hoping to attract
Monarch butterflies. This year, we finally got one. A little later, I
discovered a couple of live caterpillars, and two dead ones. There's one
chrysalis that I can see so far - hopefully it will hatch and we'll have
contributed at least one new Monarch to the world...

We went to the local county fair recently since we hadn't had corn dogs and
funnel cakes yet this year.

I was at my friend Jim's studio a couple of weeks ago for a meeting, and I
took the opportunity to photograph his Grammy award:

The remaining shots are from the Sammy Hagar and The Circle concert I went
to last night. The guy at the door said I could bring my camera in as long
as I didn't use flash (what? no flash? But my little on-camera flash is
going to light the whole stage up!). I got about 50 shots fired off before
another security guy came by and said, "I've been told that you can only
use a cellphone camera, not a professional camera."

I chuckled - first time someone has called my E-M5 a "professional
camera." Fortunately, he didn't ask me to delete everything on the SD
card...

These were from my seat, near center stage, row N. Pretty happy with the
results. I used the 75-300ii for all of these.

Enjoy! C&C is, as always, encouraged.
