[OM] OT: Wrong Address

     Picture in your mind if you will:  You're a licensed bounty hunter.  You 
and your partner have an address in Phoenix where a subject is reported to be 
hiding.  You arrive and do a few hours of surveillance.  You surround the house 
and order the occupant to surrender and come out.  There is no response.  You 
batter down the door and are confronted by a man with a baton.

     The man with the baton is the Phoenix Chief of Police.

     But wait!  There's more!  You're a convicted felon with a loaded 12qa 
shotgun pointed at the Phoenix Chief of Police.

     Can you say "OOOPS!!"?
