Thanks for those, Dean. Never have seen a Gorgone checkerspot. My favorite is
the Baltimore followed by the Harris.
I will be out of town for the usual NABA outing at their peak and hope they
wait for me to return. The Harris is rather scarce
but there is a nice colony in North Andover and we know just where they are.
It is loaded with poison ivy but worth the risk.
I like the links to the info on the b'flys--nicer than the MA site. I hope I
get a few shots worth posting.
