Haven't figured that out yet, and I cannot find a PDF user's manual. :{D
I managed to get the chuck collar free, and yesterday broke it down and
gave everything a thorough cleaning. Looks like it had been painted green
originally. Now I finally own one of these, and it's much nicer than I had
thought I would find, what with the multiple speeds and crank positions.
