I carry the E-M5i, plus the 20/1.7, 12-50, 40-150ii, and the 75-300. Or,
I'll leave one of those home and stuff the FL-600r in the bag. Lowepro
Event Messenger 150 is my current bag of choice. Nice, light, doesn't
scream "CAMERAS!!! CAMERAS!!!"

I've got the Manfrotto carbon legs with the Calumet/Manfrotto ballhead. My
QR and ballhead is sized to be able to hold my 5x7 Deardorff, but
otherwise, the whole setup is pretty light.
