I use flashblock v1.5.18. Adblock to kill anything else that moves. And 
disconnect for tracks.
flashblock also blocks html5 video and silverlite. If it moves I block 
it except on a big screen. Life is too short. I also block static images 
on sites with imageblock which helps clean up busy pages.
