Amazon = somewhat evil (or at least run by a despot...
...who knows how to avoid paying due taxes where they belong ?
Or decent wages.  Those are 2 reasons for my Amazon-free December.
I try to avoid Amazon but sometimes difficult for us since we shop 90% via online and they continue to gobble up what they can. I hear that they hired 50k+ temps over the holidays. Orders at 450/sec !! Working conditions are brutal.

  I have no idea whatsoever what the sect that owns B&H is like; it may be 
quite benevolent.
At the least they are anti-Zionist which is fine by me. I checked a while back to see if my $$ were supporting a cause which I find abhorrent. Been a while so I should check again.
Just pointing out that boycotting one retailer over internal policies may drive 
one to another which is less than ideal.
It is hard to be a responsible consumer. However one must try despite the obfuscation. The system is already skewed far to one side.
