There's lots one could do with that photo, Tina. I'm not sure it's better
in either all color or all black and white. Selective desaturation of some
areas (background, for instance) keeping only the Dalai Lama and the woman
in those very vibrant colors could add an aspect not otherwise as
noticeable.
If it was my shot, I'd be really tempted to invest the time in a few
variations on that theme that I can mentally picture.
