Would you plant Constimpatiens in it?
The self-watering would actually work. Just adjust the tank valves so
it meters out an appropriate amount of water during a flush. Fill up
the very bottom of the sitter portion with pee gravel (of course it
would have to be "pee" gravel) so the "S-trap" is filled with it. Then
dirt goes into the bowl. Plant the flowers and flush away. You might
want to plug the lower outflow hole otherwise most of the water goes
straight down the drain. You want to just have the water coming from
under the rim.
