This is a straight scan with no adjustments. Maybe desaturate a little?
Looks like Kodachrome. If you don't want that look, sure, but I'd leave well
enough alone.
A few of the whites have clipped, but only a few, and it's whites, and Kodachrome in bright sun, and the deepest blacks
are gone, too, so the exposure is as good as it gets.
