[OM] Chimay #2 - the Tripel

Ah, this one is good.  A deep gold colored ale with a creamy head. 
Doesn't taste sweet.  I also brought out the Chimay goblet for the 
occasion.  I'd buy more of this one but, at 8% alcohol, I'd have to 
limit my consumption. :-)  +1
