I sometimes cook corned beef, serve it with a mustard sauce, some lightly
steamed Savoy cabbage and crushed Dutch Cream potatoes. All boiled - no mush
No-one who isn't vegetarian has EVER complained. Especially my German friends -
they understand that kind of stuff.
