My low profile over the past several of years is directly related to my
retiring and stepping into an MFA program as a full-time student at Texas A&M
University_Corpus Christi.
The purpose of this post is to invite each of you to enter a juried
competition, the proceeds of which supports the art/photo education community.
This as actually a pretty big deal (even by Texas standards.) Take a look at
the website and see what is going on during this week-long event.
Top prize is $1,000. We have an award winning photo editor as our juror
and have cutting edge international photographers as speakers/presenters.
For any who are in the area, I would invite you to take a look at what we
have going on and come participate in the event.

With a theme of "HOME", if you don't have some quality images reflecting
your interpretation of the subject, you aren't releasing your shutter often
enough.
