Hi Charlie,
Around here, they appear to have replaced bumble bees in the hierarchy of
things, pollinating the flowering plants. I haven't seen a bumble bee all
year. I did spot a couple of honey bees today.
I found where they had tried to attack some exterior plywood on my barn a
few years ago, but couldn't penetrate the bonding material. Haven't seen
any other signs of damage.
