Blurb does a nice little 7x7 size which I use as a sample image book and can
update when I want.
Updating is one of the advantages of print on demand but I discovered recently
that each time you do it, you have to do a complete reload. Blurb assumes that
it's a new book and assigns a fresh ID number - making any promotional material
out of date! Very annoying.

But I'm with Tom here - if it's about the story, small is fine. If it's for the
photos, go large.
