Sounds like a seller who has had a complaint, checked and found that they're
not up to scratch - and is doing the right thing.
A flake would have shipped the crap ones and then argued about the refund.
Not all Chinese sellers are scam artists.
If you'd received the same message in good English from an American seller,
would you make that assumption?
But the advice holds - Amazon looks the better option.
