The "Camera Connection Kit" is two pieces, that adapt from the strange
proprietary connector on the iPad, one is a USB connection and the other is
an SD card reader. For those of us that hace cameras the use CF cards, there
is another one from China, but I don't know how well it works. I have used
the USB one to download photos from my D700 with no problems.

Thanks! I've got a bit of time before I need it. Just don't wan't to travel
with my MacBook Pro, as it's my principal computer. Of course one of the
reasons I bought it was portability. Sigh.
