Hi Moose,

I think the airsickness thing depends on conditioning. My young family
traveled frequently in small airplanes after I received my license in 1958.
The kids grew up with it, and were usually asleep shortly after takeoff.

In 1966, we spent some time in Central Florida as I tried out a new job, and
my wife sought relief from her allergies. As part of our travels, my wife
and sons flew on a Southern Airways Martin 404 from Atlanta to Columbus, MS.
The weather was poor, and my wife spotted a sailor who was obviously quite
airsick, while our sons were enjoying whatever goodies they could get to eat
and drink from the Flight Attendant.
