Thanks, Chuck.  The spider lily image was cropped, as was the bee.  I was 
revisiting the ZD 14-54 (Version 1), which has always amazed me with the 
images that it can produce.  My previous experience with zoom lenses left a 
poor taste in my mouth, but, it appears that the modern zooms don't have to 
take a back seat to any but the top of the line lenses.
