I assume you mean the joint between the 1.4 & the lens. If so, set the lens to
wide open f/stop, the 1.4 to approx the smallest f/stop, align the green dots,
make sure the 2 metal blades on the edge go into their slots, press together &
turn. It should click and be locked.

lock? Becoming slightly annoying, when I rotate the camera on its tripod
mount the lens comes off!
