There are two easy, effective ways.
1:
In PS, Edit=>Preferences=>File Handling
Click the box "Camera Raw Preferences".
At the bottom, "JPEG and TIFF Handling"=> TIFF:
Select "Automatically open all supported TIFFs"
TIFFs will then open in Adobe Camera Raw, which has a Color Temperature and
Tint sliders.
2:
Image=>Adjust=>Photo Filter
In the dialog box, select a warming filter - I'd try 81 first.
Adjust Density.
