Wow. In all the hype over the Facebook IPO, there hasn't been much made
about Zuckerberg's extreme deathgrip on the company. This really isn't
good. I'd invest in FB stock ONLY as a high-risk gamble only but would put
an automatic sell at 10% loss. Basically, the deal is that you can buy into
his direction with absolutely no way of correcting him. He picks his
directors. He overrides all decisions with absolute majority even though he
doesn't have majority stock. Private jet for life...
Yup, cashed in big here. Shame they probably won't survive the year if
Google+ gets traction.
