of what is going on.
1. "Rotten" Those are the auditors' words, not mine.
2. The government may do a headquarters raid this week.
3. Olympus may issue more stock to raise cash.
4. Stock prices are up this morning.
5. Olympus may do a capital merge (read between the lines there) with
another company.
6. Shareholders meeting is being planned by April.
7. Analysts have identified the imaging division as a massive loser
and consider it dead from an investment perspective.
8. Sherlock Woodford is trying to finangle a takeover.
9. Woodford looks a lot like RIM's co-CEO Jim Balsillie. No known
connection, but RIM is also in desparate trouble.
10. Olympus made the deadline for the restatement of financials. Just
barely squeeking in before delisting.
