Excellent news all round, John - that you were approached; tat you will be
working with others known to be good; that you will be working on good
lenses; and that you will continue to work on OM! My hat off to you,
congratulations.

Piers

I will be carrying on with Olympus repairs and parts exactly as I have been.
Problem is the amount of work coming in has made it difficult to support my
wife and self.

I was approached and offered a position as a Lens Technician at Tamron and
will be starting there Wednesday 10/12. The other technician hired by
Tamron was a fellow laid off from Olympus (their best technician).
He also happens to be someone who I assisted in hiring at Olympus 30 years
ago. woo-hoo!
