Yes, I like FastStone image viewer. I have an old version of PS, and I have
GIMP. For some specialist applications I have a very old program called
Embellish.
But for everyday resizing, adjusting colours, contrast, levels etc etc,
FastStone is wonderful and quick. Irfanview is also good; i use it mainly for
screen scrapes.
