It's probably in C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
If you can't find it use windows Search.
See the date it was last modified. If suspiciously recent, we need to know
what's in it!
It doesn't have a doctype (like .txt) so right-click and "Open with..."
Notepad.
Copy the contents and send it back to us.
