A couple of thoughts come to mind :
1. It is cold both inside and out so most folks are staying home.
2. The usual crowd of diners is hunkering down and saving their Euros ahead
of the nasty folks from the ECB and IMF coming and dictating terms to Spain
as they are presently doing in Portgual :-))
