Quit smoking cigarettes cold turkey at 12:30pm Hong Kong time on 14 November
1974 ... the moment I received notice of the birth of our first born eight
time zones to the west. Never regretted having another Chesterfield since !
Qutting is VERY VERY easy ..........one just needs motivation. Doesn't
matter how many packs one smokes a day; motivation is what matters. I have
NO time for them who cannot quit.
