I found this site

and submitted the image clip. With three or four seconds these suggestions
were made:
Prison Press Pro AOE
Prison Press AOE
Prison AOE
Prison AOE Unicase
Amplititude Extra Comp Bold
All close visually but not any names I recall and none of them is in PS CS4.
Thanks for the "find a font" terminology for google.
