I've just updated to firmware 1.3, released in the last few days, that
supposedly fix a bug in the level gauge display.
But to my greatest annoyance, it seems that display is now working way too
well ! In fact, it just keeps on poping in my face (used to be part of the
cycle of displays accessible with the 'info' button). Say I'm on the 'normal'
display with various indicators, it just switches to level gauges on its own.
"Fix" : disable all leveling in the 'special' menu !
Bug or delibarate choice, this is annoying as hell.
So don't just burn your ship now. Admittedly, I haven't fully reviewed
everything, and I may have confused some settings. But as there's no downgrade
option, better wait until this is ironed out. Today's a bit late, but I'll see
to it tomorrow.
