[OM] missing E3 body part

The E3 body has a small three pin plug at the top of the body just 
underneath the left side carrying strap lug . The plug is designed to be 
protected with a screw-in-cap.

The screw-in-cap on my E3 has gone AWOL.

Can anyone suggest a source from which replacement screw-in-caps can be 
obtained?
