You only need to change the size of the image.  The resolution setting 
doesn't do anything except to mark the image as such.  It is only 
advisory information to any application that cares to use it.  Most 
don't unless you are printing and resolutions of less than 100 are not 
useful for printing.  You can just skip the resolution setting since 
it's not doing anything useful for you or anyone else.
