[OM] Ugh! Yes, it can get worse

I have just had an auction close on eBay for a Nicca 3S with 50mm  Nikkor.  
I thought the camera was at one location and discovered no, that  it was in 
the camera case which was stolen.  Add $450 to the loss.  
 
Does anyone know of a place where one can list stolen equipment for  
possible recovery?  I've been to both local camera stores and reported it  to 
the 
police.
