It is time for Bessinger's or Hudson's BBQ. And now, it is time for fightin' 
words: is the best BBQ sauce ketchup based, mustard based, or vinegar based or 
something else based? Beef, pork or road kill?

Which, sadly, very few people get. As much as I prefer veggies, I have 
been known to be appreciative (aka wolf down) things further up the 
food chain now and again :)
