Some FT boards have a trimmer pot, others are adjusted by:

1) note the iso you are shooting at, also note meter error.
2) lift and turn shutter speed / iso knob until meter reading is correct.
3) after peeling leather up on iso knob side, loosen top screw most of 
the way. Loosen bottom screw a little.
4) GENTLY lift top edge of shutter speed dial / iso knob plate assembly 
so it separates from body and inner gear which connects it to the meter. 
  While knob is separated from this gear, Gently lift and turn iso back 
to the original setting you were using.
6) re-seat shutter speed / iso knob assembly, gently rock knob back and 
forth to be sure gear has re-seated.
