I wazent panicking, I was setting you up for a joke. Just like the soup nazi,
I was going to be the film nazi and yell:
"No film forrr you forrr one yearrr"..."Come back afterrr one yearrr"
I proposed the A1 as a back up and because of its tremendous versatility. If
something happens, you can still save the shot or just proof a shot, thats all.

Actually, you may be onto something. I have always appreciated the A1's
ability to do B&W and I can use it as a proofing too. But, alas, it may
come down to it or a Zuiko lens.
It's not that I'm not going to have P&S cameras. The girls all have pocket
digital cameras and I've got an Infinity Zoom loaded with print film.
Isn't it kinda funny how we get a panic these days when you present the
concept of NOT taking a digital camera?
