Not a geek old fart - I don't know what Usenet is or was.
Underlining is what you did on a typewriter because you couldn't do
bold or italic. It has NO place on computering.
Underline dashes are a very PC thing 'cos PC's can't cope with proper
dashes and hypens in taggy, linky thingies.
Only a geek would use them.
You're only picking on me because I always forget my PIN number at
the ATM machine.
