Or your own teeth.  My brother's two front teeth each have a small 
triangular chip out of the bottom and inside edges where they join in 
the center.  Not a Wrist Rocket but a Whamo with wooden "Y" shaped 
frame.  When he fired the slingshot the ball hit the frame and bounced 
back into his mouth breaking the chips off his teeth.

Serves him right for whacking me in the eyebrow with an old rusty shovel 
when I was about 6.  :-)
